Leased from Sacramento City Councilman Dain Domich, the structure contains 900 square feet of floor area ... Clarence Bradford, assistant manager of the chamber, has direct charge of the office's operations. Bernice Sanchez is the office manager. The building was designed by Rickey & Brooks and erected by John Otto"
