Photograph caption dated July 17, 1964 reads "When Richard Smith, 13, goes for a bicycle ride in Canoga Park, he has to take a passenger along--his dog, Tiger. Richard, 7345 Topanga Canyon Blvd., built on another bicycle to his bike and when he goes for a spin, Tiger hops up on the rear bike and hangs on to wherever Richard takes them peddling (sic).
