An open house will continue until 6 p.m. The branch, at 3001 Capitol Ave. is a relocation of the Oak Park office. David J. Hughes continues as assistant vice president and manager. The new bjuilding has three dirve-up windows accessible from Capitol Avenue and Alhambra Boulevard"
