This was an old portrait of the Second East Gridley bridge, and it had four fines. 1. $5.00 fine for driving across this bridge faster than a walk. 2. $5.00 fine to drive more than 25 head of cattle or horses across at one time. 3 $5.00 fine for driving more than one heavy loaded thing at one time. 4. $5.00 fine for smoking on this bridge.
