Black and white photo of a huge pipe hanging from a cable with four men standing on it. Background of mountain with buildings, wooden towers, etc. The structure at lower left is the same as shown in earlier photos of the railroad siding. There is a row of low buildings on the hillside above, and a very steep vertical hillside track at the left. Inscribed on the backside: "Las Plumas".
