Description
Original land lease drawn on February 1, 1932 for the years 1932-1935. An amendment to extend the least from 1935-1938 on the second page of the lease does not have an execution date. Lease agreement terms are for 20.48 acres of the A. J. D. de Guyer allotment of Rancho San Pedro with a yearly rent of $512. Additional verbiage requiring lessee to be an American citizen and also requiring a copy of the birth certificate of the lessee accompany the lease, is stricken in red, presumably because the certificate is on file with other leases held by Kawaichi. Signed by the lessee and lessor. See Item 2514-ZF for a second copy of this lease without red pencil annotations.
