Description
The Bishop of Mexico, seated, and Father Sunsol pose for an outdoor portrait in front of the Sanchez home in Fillmore. According to library records: "Father Sunsol, first parish priest to serve Fillmore. The Bishop of Mexico stayed with the Abundio Sanchez family for a time. He fled Mexico to avoid religious persecution, May 25, 1930."
