Date supplied by cataloger based on politician and artist history; Matt Morgan moved to New York in 1870, and Charles Sumner passed away in 1874. "Steam Press. The Hatch Lith. Co. N.Y."--text, bottom right of image. "Matt Morgan"--text, artist's signature on stone, bottom left of image.
