Description: This is a cover letter written by Peter to Mel Hurni. It explains that the enclosed letter contains an approach to company-wide problems at General Electric. Drucker wrote it so that it could be shown to Harold Smiddy if the need arose. Drucker says he will accept the blame if Harold does not like it.
