Probable date based on general performer and printer history; H. A. Thomas operated from 865 Broadway from around 1878 to 1880 and Campanini began a tour of the United States in the winter of 1878. "H. A. Thomas, Lith. Studio 865 Broadway, N.Y."--text, lower left.
