Photograph caption dated September 11, 1964 reads, "Merit Escrow Corporation, Van Nuys, has opened a branch office in Studio City. The new facility, 13139 Ventura Blvd., is owned by Mr. and Mrs. Richard Whitson, shown above. Mrs. Whitson will manage the office, whole Carol Bahara and Wilbur Peak will serve as escrow officers."
