Description
Black and white photo showing the mountainside at Las Plumas with the river in the foreground. Buildings are seen on the lower level of the mountain with the road leading into them. One is a very large three story wood frame structure with full width balconies on each floor - with at least fourteen rooms (windows showing) on each level. Appears to have been taken prior to construction of the power house. Inscribed on the backside: "Las Plumas".
