Photograph of workers sacking walnuts, La Puente Valley Walnut Growers' Association packing house at Puente, October 19, 1927. Six young men work on the ground floor with large bags of California Emerald Brand Walnuts at their feet. Four more men and four ladies in aprons work on large tables on a raised floor on the left. Apparently completed bags of walnuts are stacked in the back of the dark factory on the far right.
