Description
View of Lyric Theatre (later Crest Theatre), located at 205 E. Foothill Boulevard in Monrovia shortly before opening. Vacant storefronts have "For Rent" signs posted in the windows. The marquee reads, "Magnificent opening. October twenty second [22nd]. Surprises. Many prominent stars. Splendid prologue. Feature music.
