Photograph caption dated November 14, 1964 reads, "Members of the Valley Committee of the Spastic Children's League will honor their husbands at a dinner-dance tonight at Cave des Roys. Discussing the event with Joseph Carson, Encino, are Mrs. Amean Haddad, center, Encino, a provisional, and Mrs. Lee Miller Jr., Sherman Oaks. Mrs. Leo V. Micko, social chairman and Mrs. Ferdinand Mendenhall, Van Nuys, president, will greet guests beginning at 7 p.m. The committee supports the Valley Child Development Center in Van Nuys and the Spastic Children's Foundation Training Center in Los Angeles."
