City Hall is the building (at right) with a tall square tower from which flies an American flag. A church stands next to it. The spire of another church pokes up (at center) above the roofs of the city. Several large houses surrounded by tall trees are in the foreground. A large building (a hotel?) stands beyond the spire. Legible writing includes: "Tiles, art glass, [...], L.A. Mantel Co., wood, iron, bronze and onyx mantels", "Hartford, Fine Eng. Co. [...], Fort".
