Photograph caption dated January 17, 1956 reads "St. Nicholas' two Nicks (Nick Bachakes, president, and Nick Lamprinos, vice president, left) take over reins of Valley Greek Orthodox Community Church from Nick Musky, standing, former president, and George Phillips, seated right, former vice president. New officers took oath of office last Sunday after the regular Sunday services. New secretary is Peter Alevisos, new treasurer is Steve Theodore. The 1956 building fund drive will soon be under way for construction of their church and community center on Devonshire boulevard in Granada Hills."
