Description: Rehearsal: Designer Edith Head and model Ginni Adams plot what they plan to do at the recent invitational press preview of Paramount"s "Funny Face," Audrey Hepburn-Fred Astaire musical, at the Screen Director's Guild Theater. Miss Head staged a fashion show at the theater featuring all of the pink outfits she created for the film's exciting "Think Pink" musical sequence. Photo date: April 20, 1957.
