Photograph caption dated February 13, 1959 reads "Granada Hills Legionnaires of Post 829 pay homage to four chaplains who went down with USS Dorchester in World War II. Taking part in ceremonies honoring heroes are, from left, the Rev. Patrick Shelley, St. John Baptist de la Salle Catholic Church; Everett Nichols, 20th District commander; Rabbi A. Yisroel Klein, Valley Beth Israel Temple; Joe DeCelle, post commander, and the Rev. John Parker, Woodley Avenue Baptist Church."
