Exterior view of an early Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce building. The 9-story brick building, located at 1151 S. Broadway has 6 columns at the main entrance and a small balcony above it. Not visible from this angle are towers on either side. The building across the street (at the forefront) has advertising that reads, "State Headquarters. Payroll Guarantee Ass'n. Ham 'n' Eggs. KMTR 9:30 p.m. daily. 1204 So. Hill", and below that, "Sulfadol. Rheumatism - Ask your druggist". A poster below the signage reads, "Leo Carrillo's 2nd annual gigantic rodeo. 50 Movie Stars. 1000 Cowboys".
