Photograph caption dated April 22, 1964 reads, "From left, trustees of Viewpoint School, Howard W. Sitton, Philip M. Virtue and Mrs. Francis Carpenter, look over plans for construction of new school building. Located at 17421 Ventura Blvd., Encino, Viewpoint School is a private elementary school. Trustees met at a dinner held Monday night at Glen-Aire Country Club."
