Photograph of a two-story Fitch adobe built by Jacon P. Leese, 1937. A two-story building with a sloped roof and chimney is visible spanning left to right. At least three doors and five windows are visible at street level. Signs are visible on the first story from left to right reading, "W.E. Kiefer Jeweler", "W.W. Carter Real Estate, Insurance, Notary Public, "Shoe Repairing", "F. Nichelini Pumps and Plumbing", and "Moune Chilled Plows". A banner reading, "W.W. Carter Real Estate Insurance" is visible hanging over the second-story balcony, while a sign reading "F. Nichelini Mason's Plumbing, Hardware" is visible on the second-story at right. A sidewalk runs in front of the building, while a road is visible in the foreground. An automobile is visible parked at left on the street, while the front portion of a second automobile is visible at right. Photoprint reads: "Jacon P. Leese who also was the first man to build a house at Yerba Buena".
