Description
Aerial photo of downtown Sacramento, flying over the Sacramento River, facing east. The State Capitol can be seen near the center of the image. To the right of the Capitol is the Library and Courts Building; Opened in 1928, the building houses both the California Appeals Court, Third Appellate District and the Witkin State Law Library. Taken circa 1928 by Edwin Bruins, printed in 1941.
