Description: This is a postcard of the Crest Motel located at 958 West Capitol Avenue in West Sacramento. The motel was opened by Henry Odum and Carmen Scalzo in 1953. It originally opened with nine units that operated as "Twin rooms" that had twin beds inside with a bathroom. There were some single unit rooms.
