Description: The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on December 6, 1971 states: "Reimer Brethauer of Santa Rosa, No. 36 in foreground, was an early leader in the Korsar National Sailing Championships on Folsom Lake. However, Tom Outland of Rancho Cordova, No. 44 in inset (subject photo), breezed home ahead of the field in yesterday's race."
