Description: Postmarked San Jose, September 1910, to Mrs. James Healey, Sanger, Calif. Message: Dear Mama, I am moving across the street to Mrs. Rogers. I will have a piano in my room and all for 7 dollars. Mrs. Smith will give me 3 dollars back. Please send me some cash right away so I can settle with Mrs. Rogers. She is a very nice woman and a friend of Mrs. Smiths. I will tell you more soon. James. Aug. 5, 1910.
