Photograph of an interior view of the Los Angeles County General Hospital operating room, 1925. At least nine doctors and nurses can be seen surrounding a patient laying on a bed at center. They all wear robes, face masks, and head coverings. Medical tools can be seen in a basket at the foot of the bed, while more tools are visible in a bowl on a small table below the foot of the bed. Towels, a bowl, and other instruments are visible on another table at right. A clock is visible on the wall at left, while light can be seen streaming in from a window in the background at right. "Dr. J. F. Percy operating for cancer". Photoprint reads: "The Los Angeles County General Hospital, 1100 Mission Road, Los Angeles, California".
