Description
Half-sheet engraved letterhead for the Jubliee Company (Sunnyvale, California) "Manufacturers: Jubliee Incubators & Brooders, Poultrymen's Equipment and Supplies". The Southern Pacific railroad tracks with railroad cars can be seen next to the factory in the engraved image. Typewritten recipe on reverse for making non-alcoholic Tom and Jerry's [sic]. According to "Sunnyvale's Lost Resources" and "Sunnyvale" the Jubilee factory was founded by Albert W. Bessey, and built along the Southern Pacific right of way at Sunnyvale and Evelyn Avenues, one of Sunnyvale's first industries. (Bessey's son Arthur founded The Radio Shop in Sunnyvale)
