Photograph article dated August 23, 1963 partially reads, "All existing sales records were broken by Tab [sic] Realty for the first six months of 1963. After the final figures were tabulated, the firm's sales volume was nearly 40 per cent greater than the previous period of 1962 - and double that of 1961. Bernard Mechanick, president of the company, reported that 581 transactions had been made as of June 30."
