Description
Image of a tremendous fire on Front St. and in the background on J, K, and L streets. There are people, barrels, and crates covering the levee foreground. Text under the image describes the events of November 2nd and 3rd, 1852, and the cost of the damage. "Lith. & Pub. by Quirot & Co. corn. Montgomery & California Sts. S.F."--text, below image. "Noisy Carrier's Publishing Hall. Lon[g] Wharf San Francisco. Charles P. Kimball Proprietor."--stamped text, lower right corner. Paper color: gray.
