Photograph caption dated August 28, 1958 reads "Girl Scouts Jan Pevney, 11, left, and Karen Phillips, 10, pack camping equipment they will take with them to Camp Aventura in Glendora. Supervising are Mrs. Mitzi Green Pevney, second from left, and Mrs. Mort Phillips. Girls, their mothers and hundreds of other Girl Scouts and leaders will attend annual Don Loper fashion show, Sept. 3 at Beverly Hilton Hotel. Proceeds from show will be used to purchase camp equipment."
