Photograph article dated February 3, 1962 partially reads, "Three Valley Roman Catholic priests have been named domestic prelates by Pope John XXIII, it was announced by James Francis Cardinal McIntyre this week. The Rt. Rev Msgr. Patrick F. O'Dwyer, pastor of St. Elisabeth's Church, 6628 Cedros Ave., Van Nuys, for 15 years, was born in County Tipperary and was educated at St. Patrick's College, Thurles, Ireland. He was ordained in 1924 when he came to the Archdiocese of Los Angeles." Pictured is Msgr. Patrick O'Dwyer.
