Water regatta held on Lake Washington, West Sacramento. Began with parade in Sacramento, a march up K street from waterfront to Hotel Sacramento. Free concert by Fifth regiment band of Sacramento followed by regatta which included rowing events, swimming races, diving events, fly-casting tournament, water polo, duck chase.
