Description
Photograph of a view of the lake at Echo Park, ca.1924. Across the lake, just to the right of center, a canoe can be seen paddling by the edge of shore, where a few patrons can be seen sitting on benches, or standing in a clearing. Farther left, a cluster of palm trees give shade. Farther right, a set of paved steps can be seen leading up the slope of the lakeside, while a lamp post can be seen alongside the paved path that outlines the perimeter of the lake. Highrise buildings can be seen over the tree tops in the background.
