Description
The man to the right of the photograph is Clarence A. Winder, Chairman of the Board of City Directors in Pasadena, who lived at 740 Linda Vista. The man to the left is "Carl", no last name. They sit in front of a map to the City of Pasadena and vicinity areas. The photograph was taken in room 202 of the Pasadena City Hall. The photograph was ordered by Jan Maddox in association to the American Cancer Society located at 180 South Euclid.
