Description: The northeast corner of Broadway and Central Avenue, Glendale, in 1930. On the corner is the real estate office of Otto G. Wildey & Co., successor Edwards & Wildey Co. It advertises a house for sale in the Rossmoyne-Bellhurst district for sale at $8500. The corner itself is for sale also, for $100,000. Next door is a sign announcing that Clarence Saunders is the sole owner of his name. On the other side is the "Check Inn" Cafe.
