Caption reads: "Workmen using a large crane load a 24-ton steel beam in Woodland for transportation to the Sacramento River where it will be used in the construction of the Elkhorn Bridge. The bridge, connecting Sacramento and Yolo Counties in the Interstate 5 project, will require 75 of the steel beams."
