Looking down Throckmorton Avenue with the Railroad Depot left center. The building in the extreme left foreground is at the corner of Throckmorton and East Blithedale avenues. The El Paseo now (1977) occupies the two-story white building next to it, and the Sequoia Theatre (25 Throckmorton) was built in the grove of trees to the left of that.
