Photograph caption dated March 4, 1955 reads "Pictured above is the pneumatic form around which a new type of construction--the 'Bubble Building'--is being produced. The form is made of neoprene-nylon and is made by the Garrett Corp.'s Air Cruiser's Division. The inflated form (above) is covered with concrete and after it hardens the form is then deflated and ready for re-use."
