Description
Photograph caption dated June 12, 1956 reads, "This swimming pool is in Paradise Park and is the scene of instruction for youngsters at Camp Playa Day. Located at 5520 Van Nuys Blvd., the day camp opens June 18 and will continue through Sept. 7. The pool is filtered and is temperature controlled. Swim instruction is given by Red Cross life saving and water safety instructors."
