Photograph caption dated December 12, 1960 reads, "Jule Davidson, right, knows his new job as president of Panorama City Chamber of Commerce will be a bit of a headache after seeing pile of work outgoing president Herb Lightfoot, center, has left for him. At left is Carl B. Mason, a new treasurer. Lightfoot becomes new first vice president. Davidson was installed Monday at a chamber luncheon at the Panorama Bowl, 8750 Van Nuys Boulevard."
