Abstract of Title to 13.22 Acre part of the San Juan Bautista or Narvaez Rancho (Geiger property) made at the request of P. F. Gosbey, Esq., to all that real property situate in Willow Glen School District, bounded and described as follows to wit: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Westerly line of Cherry Avenue with the Southerly line of Willow Street (formerly known as Willow Avenue) and running thence along said line of Willow Street S 60.5 deg. W 22.37 chains to the center of the old dry channel of the Los Gatos Creek; thence up the channel of said creek S 6 deg 40' E 3.50 chains to the North West corner of lands of B. L. Holt (formerly of E. H. Tomlinson) thence N 72 deg. 15' E along the North line of land of said B. L. Holt 23.40 chains to said Westerly line of Cherry Avenue; and thence along said line of Cherry Avenue N 23 1/2 deg W 8.11 chains to the place of beginning. Containing 13.22 acres of land, more or less. History: Jose Augustin Narvaez claimant for San Juan Bautista, 2 square leagues in Santa Clara County granted March 30, 1844 by Manuel Micheltorena to J. A. Narvaez; claim filed February 27, 1852; rejected by the Commission November 15, 1853; confirmed by the District Court July 5, 1855 and appeal dismissed July 5, 1855. Containing 8879.54 acres.
