Description
Two men kneeling and one man standing holding a tape measure or strap at the rear of a Ford automobile. License plate reads "E (government) 76633". License plate frame reads "Tracy Motor Co. Woodland". Painted on the trunk lid is an unreadable emblem, possibly police,sheriff or highway patrol emblem.
