Caption reads: " Just north of Elk Grove on Elk Grove-Florin Rd. bridge used to be under water as cars and trucks in the area still drove across. Although the water is not running over the bridge at the moment, the water level is still pretty high. If it rains again, we might get it running over the bridge again."
