Title supplied by cataloger. Photograph caption reads: "A crowd of nearly 3,000 showed up at the Pico Rivera Sports Arena yesterday to see a trio of matadors fight six bulls "Portuguese style" in the first exhibitions staged this year. Matadors Adrian Romero of Mexico ... [in photo] and Antonio de Portugal of Portugal ... stepped into the arena for 10-minute bouts, while Juan Carlos Pampiona of Portugal was featured on horseback. According to arena manager Carlos Castuera, the bloodless, and therefore legal, bullfights are common at the multipurpose facility, and six of the events were held there last year".
