Photograph caption dated February 11, 1964 reads, "Jacelyn Heisch, left, and Maura Albertson receive the medals they won for their essay on American history in a national contest sponsored by the Daughters of the American Revolution. Members of the Peyton Randolph chapter of the DAR pinning on the medals are Mrs. Alberta West and Mrs. James C. Dietrich. Watching is Jeanne Ruberman, center, another winner."
