Description
The photo caption printed in the Sacramento Bee on January 23, 1970 states: "North Lake Tahoe and Truckee residents got a breather yesterday from almost two weeks of warm, wet weather and prepared again for a predicted weekend storm with only slightly lower freezing levels.
