Photograph of aerial view of flooded "Highway Number 10", Anaheim, 1938. At center, a wide highway can be seen extending from the foreground into the extreme background. In the foreground, the highway appears to be completely flooded in water. To the left of the highway, several blocks of residential homes can be seen. Most of the blocks adjacent to the highway also show signs of flooding. To the far right, additional streets and structures are visible. In the background at left, a field of small shrubs is subject to the flooding, while an open field at right also holds some water. Photoprint reads: "This photograph is loaned to you.
