Created by Carola Florist, the headdress portrays angel fish surrounding two mermaids nestled in a large sea shell in shades of pink filled with lavender Cattleya orchids. The mermaids' tails are bells of Ireland and the bodies chartreuse mums. Sweepstakes Winner was Mrs. Dickinson Ross with a headdress themed 'Around the World.'"
