Description
Photograph of campanario (1813) from front, circa 1900. The bells, left to right are: San Vicente, 1796 San Juan, 1796 San Antonio, 1804 San Rafael, 1804. On the fifth stone up from the ground (in the wall of the stone church where it joins the campanario) may be seen the inscription of don Juan Forster (JF 19) placed there in 1845 when he purchased the ex-mission from the departmental government. This has since been cut off the face of the stone.
